I provide individual and couples therapy for adults of all ages, and I have been in practice for more than 50 years. My work focuses on helping people understand the issues they’re facing, develop strategies to address them, and learn how to apply those skills to all areas of their lives.
Clients often tell me they feel comfortable with me from the very first session. They feel heard, and they appreciate the constructive feedback and perspective I offer to help them improve their relationships, feel better about themselves, and gain confidence early in the process.
I bring many years of experience. I believe therapy should be focused, practical, and last only as long as it needs to. My goal is always to help people reach a place where they feel ready to move forward on their own.
I continue to practice in a semi-retired capacity because it remains deeply important to me to help people improve the quality of their lives.
I work especially well with:
Adults with relationship issues
Adults facing anxiety, mood disorders, or ADHD
Couples working through conflict or communication difficulties
Families stuck in repeated patterns
Professionals managing workplace or leadership stress
Anyone wanting clearer insight into themselves and their relationships
People often describe my approach as:
Calm, thoughtful, and patient
Direct when it’s helpful
Collaborative
Focused on building skills and not just talking
Supportive without being passive
My aim is simple: help you see clearly, feel steadier, and navigate life with more confidence.
